⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down the best experience I've had at any auto shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and upfront about everything. They explained exactly what was wrong with my car, walked me through the repair options, and never once tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. The work was done right, on time, and at a fair price. You can tell these guys actually care about their customers and take pride in their work. It's rare to find a shop where you feel like they're looking out for YOU and not just your wallet. I'll be bringing my car here for everything from now on. If you're looking for honest, reliable mechanics who do quality work — this is the place. Highly recommend to anyone.

Would really recommend this shop. Came in 30 min before close and they went through the entire shop finding tires for my car. They stayed late and got my car taken care of. First time ever being at this shop and they took care of me like a lifetime customer

I had a flat tire after work around 6:00 p.m., and I needed to get it fixed. Many of the other places nearby were closed, so I ended up coming to Salt Lake Auto services based on the reviews. Jerry was super friendly and took great care of my car. He also helped fix a problem with one of my brakes. I'd recommend going here!

During a trip in SLC, we ended up busting our brakes/rims and needed a replacement ASAP! I was very warmly greeted by the owner, Jerry. He was able to quickly identify the problem and replaced our brakes and rims in about only a couple hours! Jerry was awesome, and seemed genuinely passionate about going above and beyond to help us. We aren’t from the area, but I would definitely come back highly recommend this shop !
